Shinrin Yoku: The Japanese Art of Forest Bathing
Are you an urbanite and need to disconnect? Do you know what a forest bath or Shinrin-Yoku is?
This activity comes from a Japanese technique of reconnection with nature and with ourselves.
Through different suggestions or exercises we activate our 5 senses, getting a maximum level of relaxation.
The idea is that your body and mind connect in symbiosis with nature to achieve a level of relaxation and tranquility that makes you forget your ordinary life.

After achieving that relaxation and reconnection, just at the end of the Forest Bathing, we will attend to an Albariño wine tasting so that all your senses awaken even more!

Transfers (opcional) to the activity in an exclusive 9 pax van.(until is full). Transfers from a different place to the meeting point will have an extra cost, unless customers are in the council of Sanxenxo****

what is a forest bath?
A forest bath is an activity of connection with nature and with yourself. The activity takes place in a unique natural environment, it can be done in a forest, a beach or even in a park.
Basically, a forest bath consists of walking, observing, sitting, and listening to the silences of nature until reaching maximum relaxation.
Is the activity adapted for children and adults?
Yes, it is fully adapted for both, adults and children.
Is the activity adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Some places are adapted and have wheelchair accessibility.
Unfortunately, our van is not yet adapted to transport people in wheelchairs.
Even so, if you make us any other proposal, we will adapt to your needs.
