Galician food is widely appreciated around the world - traditionally favoured for it’s seafood, such as octopus, goose-neck barnacles, king crab, clams or wild seabass, we also have a spectacular range of vegetable, meat and desert dishes. During the workshop you will discover the meaning of slow food through dishes which will be made with care using locally sourced products from local producers. During this 3 hour cookery workshop you and your head chef will prepare and savour a variety of traditional dishes cooked with love. It is a unique experience that will not let your taste buds down!
Always! wear comfortable footwear and appropriate clothes as well as some water and fruit or snacks, In case of a rainy or cold day ( bear in mind we are in Galicia) bring suitable clothing. Scorching days put some sun cream, bring a cap or something else you consider.
