The route will start off with the release of a bit of adrenaline, we will approach the banks of the Miño River to carry out an intense and exciting activity. A bit of rafting to de-stress!
While we enjoy the water of this immense river, we will get to know its most ancient and architectural history, learning a little about the “pesqueiras” and the art of Lamprey fishing.
After finishing rafting, we will get relaxed in one of the best restaurants within the area.

What kind of clothing do I need to wear to practice rafting?
For the practice of rafting it is recommended to wear sports shoes or booties, swim trunks or shorts and a thermal or short-sleeved shirt (summer).
If the activity takes place in winter, there will be no problem as the supplier provide a 5mm neoprene suits.
How many people fit in a raft?
The ideal number of people, is between 6-8 people. Good to practice the activity between friends and family.
How long does the rafting activity last?
2h aprox.
What is the minimum age to participate in the activity?
the minimum age for rafting is set at 12 years.
If the child is under 12 years old, please contact us before booking.
Is river rafting dangerous?
Our suppliers use modern rafts with all the safety systems required by law.
In addition to the fact that guides are qualified, professionals and with many years of experience.
Do you need to know how do you swim to do rafting?
Inside the raft, it is mandatory to wear a life jacket, therefore it is not a mandatory any requirement of how to swim to practice rafting.
Is the activity adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Some places are adapted and have wheelchair accessibility.
Unfortunately, our van is not yet adapted to transport people in wheelchairs.
Even so, if you make us any other proposal, we will adapt to your needs.
